	Legacy Hotels & Resorts Limited is a dedicated hotel and leisure services management company that was formed in September 2005.  The business is now established as one of the leading players in the 3 and 4 star market place hotel management arena with a solid reputation for business turnaround and recovery.
	The business was established by Directors with strong proven experience in relevant companies such as Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Group, Forte Hotels, Stakis Hotels, Whitbread Hotel Group and DeVere Hotels.
	The profile and reputation of the group has been driven by our success in taking on the management of 3 or 4 star hotels, often in secondary locations and fully exploiting the financial potential of the individual asset in conjunction with the objectives of the client.
	Centrally located in Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire, the flexible range of services include sales, marketing, rate distribution, health and safety, statutory compliance, human resource and development, payroll processing, procurement, training, financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow and treasury management, stock control and auditing, IT services,  operations, property management and full P&L  production and reporting to the asset owner/representative.
	Our terms are flexible and subject to negotiation, specific to the opportunity of the project, length of contract and scope of the brief.  For the right deal, we are willing to look at fee for equity swaps.
	The business is led and managed on a daily basis by its majority shareholders and founding Directors, which enables quick decision making, flexible thinking and results driven decisions.
