We are looking to appoint a Restaurant Supervisor to join our current Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will help lead the service standards in our Fairways Restaurant. You will achieve this by developing a team to perform at the highest possible level?

Senior Sous Chef

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef with passion and flair and a genuine love of fresh food production. But above all else they need to be energetic and enthusiastic and always portray a positive attitude to working life.
Assisting our Executive Head Chef in ensuring that our food quality and service delivery match up to our customer’s expectations. Assisting with menu development and in the training and development of junior members of the brigade.
Contracted hours of 40 per week, with flexible working hours considered, potential of 4 day working week available. Highly competitive hourly rate of pay from £16.00 per hour for the right experienced and engaged applicant.

Bar Team Leader

We are looking to appoint a Bar Team leader to join our current bar team. Reporting to the site Bars Manager you will help lead the service standards in our vibrant hotel bar, Bar Vista. You will achieve this by developing a team to perform at the highest possible level.
