Matthew has 25 years of hotel industry experience working with companies including Q Hotels, Queens Moat House, IHG and Hilton.

Matthew Joined the team at New place Hotel in 2019 as their finance manager which was also clustered with Wychwood Park Hotel and Golf club Matthew also gained the Hampton by Hilton in High Wycombe upon its opening in 2021.
