With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chrissie brings a wealth of expertise and passion to their role as Group Agency Sales Manager for Legacy Hotels and Resorts. A graduate with first-class honours in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, with additional studies in languages and law, Chrissie’s academic foundation provided the perfect springboard for a successful career spanning various leadership positions.

Throughout her career, Chrissie has held pivotal roles in some of the most prestigious hotel brands, including Marriott, The Chester Grosvenor, Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, and The Club Company. Her experience ranges from Executive Meeting Manager to Food and Beverage Manager, and Head of Sales and Operations, where she consistently delivered exceptional results.

In addition to their on-property roles, Chrissie has successfully managed her own events business, specializing in the design and implementation of 4D immersive experiences—from weddings and corporate events to intimate dinners. This entrepreneurial venture honed her ability to build and maintain strong client and B2B relationships.

During the recent challenging times for Hospitality, Chrissie has also demonstrated versatility by thriving in fast-paced sales and business development roles within the automotive industry, where she successfully turned around an underperforming region, achieving an impressive 800% growth in just two months through a strategic and innovative approach.
