Her career has spanned prestigious organizations such as Chester Racecourse Q Hotels, Principal Hayley, and De Vere Venues, where she has held key roles including Senior Conference Coordinator, Sales Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and Revenue Manager.

She leads revenue management strategies across multiple properties within the Legacy portfolio and specializes in leveraging competitor and market analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Skilled in business mix management, and systems management. With the ability to drive and optimize revenue streams as well as increasing ADR, occupancy, and incremental spending across all departments.
