Front of House Manager
We are looking to recruit an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our lovely team.
You will be naturally passionate about the guest experience (we are!) whilst ensuring there is effective management and front of house presence in the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of guest care is demonstrated at all times. Making sure that team comply with policies, processes and procedures as laid down by the Company Commitment to Quality.
You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be confident in building strong customer relationships. You should be organised in every aspect of your work and must have proven team management skills. You are also required to have financial management skills and commercial knowledge of delivering or exceeding budgeted figures to maximise the hotel profit.
You will have a proven track record of delivering great friendly service, team leadership and recruitment.

We are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our lovely team.
You will be naturally passionate about the guest experience (we are!) whilst ensuring there is effective management and front of house presence in the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring each service runs smoothly,
That the team are fully trained in all aspects of the food service and safety and deliver that service with a smile,
Our Bar service is efficient and vibrant, our Conference and events and our excellent weddings run well and to time – in short you will be involved in all things food and beverage and ensure each guest has a great memorable experience.
To apply, you will have a proven track record of delivering great friendly service, team leadership and recruitment, and a practical knowledge of ordering/managing goods and stock.
