I have known and worked with Legacy now for over 5 years. They played a key role in the development of my 119 key property in Bridgwater including substantial value-add to the design of the hotel to maximise tradeable space and profitability. Legacy advised on my franchise agreement terms with Accor and Black and White Hospitality and were a key part of the design team during the build phase. As part of Tesco’s’ wider review of its hotel usage local to its global head office campus in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire – aligned with the consolidation of UK group resources and the creation of its new development and training academy ‘The Heart Building’ we selected Legacy Hotels & Resorts as the ideal partner to assist us in the review and development of an “on campus” hotel offer. Over the past few years Andy and the team have helped us progress our thoughts, commercial proposal, brand offer and compliant design as active members of the delivery design team.
