CIPD qualified, Karen has a proven track record in delivering an effective Human Resource and Employee Relations Service.
Working previously for National Grid (and its associated companies) for more than 27 years, Karen joined Legacy Hotels & Resorts in October 2018. Responsible for ensuring the entire employee lifecycle is managed and administered in accordance with current legislation. From welcoming and onboarding brand new team members through to them leaving the company for whatever reason, Karen oversees this process on behalf of the Legacy managed hotels.
Working closely with the General Managers and their teams, Karen ensures that all employee matters are handled professionally, humanely and in line with employment law guidelines.
